The apartment was completely rebuilt 4 years ago. This unit occupies the entire top floor and is east and south facing in its exposure. The house has great views of Tongass Narrows and Rotary Beach is a two (2) minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has lots of glass and a half bath. All new appliances in the kitchen all counters tops are quartz for easy cleaning. The second bedroom is on the west end of the house. On the ground floor there is a heated storage area for extra stuff which is about 12'x 14'. Laundry is on the main floor with your own washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom in the laundry area if needed. There is lots of parking on the 10 acers that make up the property so if you need to store a trailer, boat, motor coach or other things there is plenty of room. The tenant is responsible for electric, internet and garbage. I cover water, sewer, taxes and any maintenance. Most of my leases are for 2 years with a fixed set rate not to increase anytime during a lease. There is a non refundable pet fee for all pets. The tenant must clean up after the pet poops No exception. I utilize a detailed lease that protects both you and I under Alaska Code. There are 2 duplexes on the property and we are family oriented. In 2022 we had 4 baby girls delivered in March and April. All USCG Babies!!
