The open plan living room and dining room are furnished with mid-century furniture, some original to the period, and some new from Design within Reach, and West Elm. Original art hangs in all rooms. Adjacent to the dining room you'll find a spacious kitchen with marble counters, custom cabinetry and a vintage Wedgewood stove at the heart of it all. It is equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and quality cookware and dishes. The bathroom has a vintage claw foot tub perfect for soaking in, as well as plenty of storage space for miscellaneous items. Laundry is in the daylight basement which is accessed from the backyard. Please note that the laundry area is shared with the long-term tenant living in the back cottage. This tenant has done a beautiful job landscaping the spacious backyard, and can also take care of urgent repair needs. A grill and outdoor fire pit are also located in the backyard.
