Brand new 20-inch four-burner stove, full-size refrigerator, and microwave. It is fully equipped and ready to move in on May 1st, if not sooner. The acreage is shared with the landlord's single-family dwelling. To enjoy our cottage, we are seeking for the suitable tenant. Utilities include shared basic internet, garbage service, water, sewage, and electricity. The tenant is responsible for the heat (propane heat). Please contact me with information about yourself, the number of inhabitants, pets, and your chosen lease period. The owner is responsible for Internet, water, sewage, garbage, grass upkeep, and electricity. Tenant is responsible for heat (propane heat) and snow removal (a snowblower is provided for tenant usage). Only dogs are permitted, and all pets must be approved. Tenants have access to two parking spaces. No smoking is permitted inside or outside the home.
