The apartment was completely rebuilt 4 years ago. This apartment occupies the entire top floor and faces East and South. The home has great views of the Tongass Narrows and Rotary Beach is a two (2) minute walk from the beach. The master bedroom has lots of glass and a half bath. All new appliances in the kitchen, all countertops are quartz for easy cleaning. The second bedroom is located at the west end of the house. On the ground floor there is a heated storage space for additional items measuring approximately 12'x 14'. The laundry room is located on the main floor with its own washer and dryer. There is also a bathroom in addition to the laundry room if needed. There's plenty of parking on the 10-acre site, so if you need to store a trailer, boat, coach or other items, there's plenty of space. Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet and trash. I include water, sewer, taxes and all maintenance. Most of my leases are 2-year terms with a fixed interest rate that cannot be increased at any time during the lease term. A non-refundable fee applies to all pets. Tenants must clean up after animal feces. No exception. I use detailed leases to protect you and me under the Alaska Code. There are 2 duplexes on the property and we are family oriented. In 2022 we had 4 baby girls in March and April. All USCG babies!!
