Artfully decorated and restored handcrafted log home in the heart of West Asheville. You'll enjoy walking to some of Asheville's most popular restaurants, such as Sunny Point Cafe. The home is just two blocks from Haywood Ave with many restaurants and shops. Despite its close proximity, the house has a very peaceful atmosphere. The house is protected from the street by lots of trees and the backyard has many beautiful large trees. The furnishings are mid-century modern with plenty of custom woodwork and industrial design accents. The house is ready to enter and enjoy. Rental price includes all utilities including fiber optic WiFi. The house is perfect for a couple or a professional. The master bedroom has a brand new queen-sized Helix mattress. The second bedroom has a loft with a memory foam mattress as well as a small table and chairs underneath.
