All 6 Utopian suites are rented individually, have private bathrooms, Mitsubishi mini-splits, hair driers, supersized bath sheets, pool towels, bath robes and flip-flops, remote ceiling fans, remote TV & HVAC controls, keypad entry and rural views with plentiful wildlife. #1 - STEAMPUNK SUITE is presently occupied. #2 - STEEL SUITE (available June 11th) Constructed with a private south-facing deck with panoramic farm and forest views, this 2nd floor south-west facing luxurious, fully furnished, step-free, 350sqft Steel Suite boasts a private bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, Keurig, toaster oven and kettle. The custom steel bed offers a queen Serta hotel mattress, cotton bedding and memory foam pillows while the spacious bathroom has heated floors and rural views of local wildlife. The bedroom has 2 built-in cabinets, remote control ceiling fan, dimmable lights, large articulating wall mounted TV, high speed internet, high table and bar stools. Guests can also enjoy the shared laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, Keurig, dining room, living room, vacuum cleaner and Swiffer. #3 - Brickhouse Suite (Available March 1) Accessible via a ramp and without steps, this is Utopia's smallest suite at 250 square feet but is no less luxurious with 180-degree views Countryside, heated floors, mini partitions, dimmed lighting, his & hers wardrobes, Queen Serta hotel mattress with cotton linens and memory foam pillows. Guests can also use the shared laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, dining room, living room, vacuum cleaner and Swiffer. #4 - THE LOFT - Available April 1, 2023 #5 - USS UTOPIA (available June 6) By far the most expensive part of our renovation, the step-less suite Located on the ground floor and just 5 steps from the parking lot, USS Utopia has an area of 475 square feet. Built with original copper windows and fixtures, this suite has four doors (including kitchenette with Keurig, fridge/freezer and kettle), large dressing room as well as a shower and bath. Separate toilet with window. The black walnut desk and chair set is ideal for office work, while the four-poster bed has a luxurious custom height to include a Serta Hotel mattress, cotton linens and memory foam pillows that can Connects to a swivel wall-mounted TV. Seasonal radiant floor heating and small openings maintain optimal temperatures all year round, while this living space is ideal for night shift workers as the windows let in less light. Because it is located on the first floor, the kitchen goes up the stairs inside. Guests can also use the shared laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, dining room, living room, vacuum cleaner and Swiffer. #6 - THE FACTORY is currently occupied. *Please complete a Zillow application with credit and background check* Utopia Suites are available for a minimum stay of 3 minutes. Steel Suite $1,500/m Steampunk Suite $1,750/m Brickhouse Suite $1,250 The Loft $2,000/m USS Utopia $1,500/m First month's rent payment via Check, Venmo or Cash App. Deposit - from half to 1 million rent depending on rental period.
